Jozef’s experience first began when he attended one of the top culinary + hotel management schools in Europe: Le Vieux Bois in Genève, Switzerland. He then proceeded to work in management at the acclaimed AAA Five Star Hotel du Rhone in Genève. After nearly 15 years of advancing his knowledge of management and culinary expertise, Jozef moved to Southern California where he launched his catering company and restaurants.
